WHAT IS ONEYMN’S RETURN POLICY?

We hope your order is exactly what you were wishing for! But in case it is not the fit or style of your dreams, we gladly accept returns, of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased with the original tags and tickets still attached, along with original packaging for a full refund. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Large volume orders (over 15 units) cannot be returned. Requests to return merchandise received as a gift must include the gift receipt or original invoice. Purchases are refunded with the original form of payment. Once the return has been received, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and due to varying bank policies, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after you receive the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at [email protected] for review, which takes 1-7 days. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Funds will be refunded after we have successfully received the returned item, funds will be credited into customer’s bank account within 1-7 days, depending on bank processing time, for customers paying with Paypal, funds will be credited within 1 day back.

Please inspect your order when you receive it and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special order or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for promotional items or gift cards.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original form of payment. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
