Shipping, Handling and Order Deadlines
Generally, shipments have a transit time of 10 to 15 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time is 05:00 PM EST (New York). Order processing time is 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday).

Expedited Shipping: 7-10 business days.

Package damaged in transit
If you find that the package is damaged in transit, please reject the package and contact our customer service (if any). If the package has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

Our order processing time is 2-4 business days, 8am-4pm. We will not make deliveries or deliveries on public holidays or any other day other than working days. Orders will be processed, fulfilled and shipped as soon as we receive payment. Shipping time depends largely on when the order ships. However, our delivery time is usually 7-10 days (unless there are delays due to shipping companies or epidemics). We will endeavor to avoid any delays in the shipment of your order, but we accept no liability at the port for delays caused by customs officials in clearing products or for such other occurrences including, but not limited to, failure or delay in approving payment. We do not ship or ship on public holidays other than working days.

To be eligible, all returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase, original manufacturer packaging and original documentation with all tags attached. Refunds will be made in the same way as payments unless you choose to exchange or receive store credit for the refunded amount. If your return request meets our criteria, SEFULAN,LLC will deduct the full amount for original shipping and handling, if any, and you will receive your refund within approximately 2-3 weeks.
